Support and Services, a business area within Saab, offers a full range of support products and services to operators of the Saab 340 and 2000 aircraft worldwide.
In addition to traditional support in the form of spares, training and manuals, Support and Services has the resources to develop new options and modifications.
A large part of the operation is concentrated in Linköping, Sweden. A subsidiary in Washington, DC, is responsible for customer support in North and South America. In addition, field service representatives are stationed with a number of customers in various parts of the world. In order to quickly reach customers with the service they demand, spare part stocks are placed in strategic locations in Europe and the U.S.
