Colgan Air Inc. of Manassas, Virginia, has chosen to continue Saab's Parts Exchange Program (PEP) services; recently signing a new 2 year agreement. The new agreement includes options for further extension and is valued at over 12 Million USD in revenue over the life of the contract.

Following a successful 5 year PEP service agreement, Saab 340 operator Colgan Air has now chosen to continue with the program and recently signed a new agreement with Saab Aircraft for an additional 2 year period plus options. The contract is valued at over 12 million dollars (estimated) in revenue for Saab over the period of the agreement.
The new agreement covers approximately 470 components and will initially cover their 17 Saab 340B aircraft. The PEP service commitment will also include additional aircraft as the operator expands its fleet.
